DEMOCRATIC COMMUNICATION

The Company has established a harmonious and cordial atmosphere and responded to the demands of employees through reasonable communication channels. We have a comprehensive communication mechanism for handling staff promotion objections and have formulated the Regulations on the Management of Tenure Status. We provide feedback and communication with employees on the results of their certification through the issuance of the Notification of Qualification Level.

EMPLOYEE CARE

We care for the life of each staff member by providing various benefits such as birthday gifts, mother and baby care and holiday sympathy, and organising various activities such as holiday activities, group activities, association activities, staff birthday parties and sports events. We care for our female employees and have a special mother and baby room in the office area. By the Company's regulations, all female employees are given half a day's paid leave on March 8 every year, and a variety of activities are held for female employees. During the reporting period, the Company launched the "CTI Happy Home" sixth Group commercial insurance benefits service month to enable employees to better understand the Group's commercial insurance benefits and provide employees with personal and family insurance customisation services at a group purchase prices better than the market.
During the reporting period, we conducted 99 small to medium sized offline events with 17,671 participants. We have conducted four online activities at our discretion, totalling 2,999 participants and a total of 14,701 hours.
