Declaration of Independence, Objectivity and Honesty

1. Adhere to the provisions of laws, administrative regulations and departmental rules, follow the principles of objectivity, independence, fairness, impartiality, honesty and integrity, and abide by professional ethics, and assume social responsibilities.

2. Carry out laboratory activities fairly and ensure their fairness through organizational structure and management.

3. Be responsible for the impartiality of laboratory activities. The testing work shall not be influenced by improper commercial, financial or other external pressures that may affect its impartiality, and ensure the authenticity, objectivity, accuracy and traceability of the testing data and results.

4. Independent of the stakeholders involved in the issued test report, not influenced by any factors that may interfere with their technical judgment, not participating in activities that may undermine the independence of the damage judgment or the credibility of the test, ensuring that the issued test report is true, objective, accurate and complete.

5. Be responsible for the inspection and testing reports issued, and legally bear civil, administrative and criminal legal responsibilities.

6. Do not hire inspection and testing personnel who are employed in two or more inspection and testing institutions simultaneously.
