Mr. Chen Weiming, Chinese nationality, without right of resident outside China, born in 1972, holds a master's degree in business administration. He once served as the deputy general manager of the retail banking department of China Bohai Bank Shenzhen Branch, and the general manager of Shenzhen Jiarun Hengxin Industrial Co., Ltd.; and now he is a director of Shenzhen Aoweifu Technology Co., Ltd.
