Mr. Cheng Haijin, Chinese nationality, no right of abode abroad, born in 1971, graduate degree, U.S. Certified Public Accountant. From 1994 to 2007, he successively served as Chief Accountant of McDonald & Page, Zhengda Avion Group, Global Audit Consultant of Pharmaceutica, Senior Director of Bank of China (Hong Kong), General Manager Assistant of DBS Bank China Operations and Senior Manager of BNP Paribas Asia Investment Banking. From 2008 to 2011, he was Director of Business Development and M&A at Honeywell (Asia Pacific). From 2011 to 2013, he was Director of Business Development and M&A at GE. Since 2012, he has been President of Shanghai Huanpu Consulting Management Firm. Since September 2020, he has been an independent director of the Company.
