Stress fracture testing and creep testing are mechanical testing services that provide manufacturers or material suppliers with key data on the performance of their products over time. In the process of testing, the material is kept under a given constant load for a period of time, and the maximum temperature is 1200 ℃ until failure occurs. CTI aviation laboratory has MTS hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine and high frequency fatigue test. It is equipped with high temperature furnace, strain gauge, extensometer, high and low temperature environment test box and various specifications of test fixture. It can clamp fatigue plates, bars and complex structure test pieces of various sizes. It can test the fatigue performance of various metal materials, composite materials and fasteners under the temperature of - 180 ℃ ~ 1200 ℃ and various corrosion environments.
