The content of CPSIA can be divided into two parts. The first part is the regulations on the safety of consumer goods, and the second part is the legal provisions on the reform and strengthening of the work of CPSC in the United States. The second part of the CPSIA is about the work of the U.S. CPSC, which consists of four subheadings and 32 sections, which can further regulate the CPSC's implementation of consumer product safety monitoring.
