Monitoring and Evaluation of Occupational Hazards

The occupational-disease-inductive factor detection and evaluation service will be provided to the enterprise, which will enable the enterprise to understand and grasp the concentration or intensity of occupational-disease-inductive factors and the status quo of occupational-disease-inductive management in the normal production process. In addition, it can meet the needs of completion acceptance of new construction, reconstruction, expansion and technical renovation projects, so as to make the occupational health management of enterprises conform to the requirements of national laws and regulations.

◉ Background

Employers with serious occupational disease hazards shall entrust occupational health technical service institutions with corresponding qualifications to conduct at least one evaluation of the status quo of occupational disease hazards every three years.

Regular detection of occupational disease hazard factors refers to the regular commissioning by employers of qualified occupational health technical service institutions to carry out testing on workplaces where occupational hazards are caused. The employing unit shall establish a system of regular testing of occupational disease hazard factors, and entrust at least one qualified occupational health technical service institution to conduct a comprehensive test of its workplace where occupational disease hazard factors exist.

According to the requirements of the "Three Simultaneous" Supervision and Management Measures for Occupational Disease Protection Facilities in Construction Projects: Construction Project Occupational Disease Protection Facilities must be designed, constructed, put into production and use at the same time as the main project.
