Ms. Yang Fang, born in 1975, is a Chinese citizen with no permanent residency abroad. She holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from Fudan University and is certified as both an IPA and IFA. She serves as a part-time master's degree supervisor at the Shanghai National Accounting Institute and as a part-time associate professor and master's degree supervisor at Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance. Previously, she served as an independent director for Wuxi Commercial Mansion GRAND Orient Co., Ltd. and Guangbo Group Stock Co., Ltd. Since 2021, she has been an independent director of Shanghai Hujia Decoration Service Group Co., Ltd. and Zhongdao Automobile Rescue Co., Ltd., and since December 2022, she has served as an independent director of STO Express Co., Ltd. Since July 2024, she has been an independent director of Xi'an Shaangu Power Co., Ltd. Currently, she is the Executive Director of Shanghai Lixin Ruisi Information Management Co., Ltd., where she leads the development and implementation of corporate internal control consulting projects. She is a practical expert in the fields of internal control and risk management, a consulting expert of the Third Session of the Ministry of Finance's Enterprise Internal Control Standards Committee, a member of the Professional Development Committee of the China Institute of Internal Audit, a specially appointed lecturer at the Shanghai State-owned Capital Operation Research Institute, a Gold Medal Lecturer at the Training Department of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, an Outstanding Lecturer at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Training Center for Entrepreneurial Enterprises, a contracted lecturer at the School of Management of Fudan University, a contracted lecturer at the Graduate School of Ningbo University, a guest professor at the Shanghai National Accounting Institute, and a guest professor and social mentor at Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance.
