Three-year plan for industry-university integration
We see university-industry cooperation a priority. After years of ceaseless exploration and development, the Group has reached partnership with a number of universities and developed various ways of cooperation, including corporate open days, student training and internships, off-campus practice bases, classes composed of students who have signed pre-employment contracts with CTI, and modern apprenticeships, which have been fruitful. In the following three years, with reference to the achievements and experience in previous university-industry cooperation, we will gather all kinds of resources, explore new training models, and work with colleges on establishing specialized majors, to attract talent around China. Following the principle of “government-school-enterprise-industry association, and industry-university-research advancement,” we will remain market-oriented and industry-oriented, and develop new and close school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms and systems aimed for collaborative school running, education, employment, and development. With these efforts, a deeper school-enterprise partnership that shares talent, equipment and technology, and enables cultural complementarity and management interoperability is expected to come into being. Such relationship is beneficial to both the operation of schools and the market competitiveness and social influence of enterprises.
