On October 29, Centre Testing International Group Co., Limited (“CTI”, stock code: 300012) officially announced the completion of its acquisition of a controlling interest in Openview Vietnam, marked by a formal handover ceremony held in the country. This acquisition follows CTI’s acquisition of controlling interests in Openview’s Shenzhen and Hong Kong entities on July 23, 2025. Collectively, these transactions strengthen CTI’s service network in Southeast Asia and enhance its global supply chain audit capabilities. CTI will continue to expand its service footprint and further advance its global strategic deployment.
