◉    Background of Preserved Fruits Testing Services

The production process of preserved fruits is relatively traditional and the barrier to entering the market is low. Under the background of continuous increase in marketing scale and therapid growth of preserved fruits industry, some food safety problems appear at the same time. In this industry, there are still a lot of food safety problems, such as excessive microorganism, preservatives, sweeteners, heavy metals, etc.

Due to the rough configuration of preserved fruits production line and lack of product classification technology attached therewith, common problems in this industry are as follows:

1)The construction of special raw material processing base lags behind. There is no special production base like fruits and vegetables processing at present.  

2)The number of large-sized enterprises for preserved fruits processing is small. They all apply the traditional process flow and some of them do not have sufficient awareness of product quality.

3)The processing equipment is relatively simple, the automatic level is low, and the machinery accuracy is not high. These cannot satisfy the sanitary requirement for preserved fruits production.

4)The comprehensive utilization rate of related resources is low. It is important to reuse the leftovers which are produced during the production process such as fruit and vegetable leftovers, waste sugar liquid, etc.
