Centre Testing International Group (CTI) (stock code 300012), recently completed its acquisition of 100% of the shares of French Laboratoire MIDAC (MIDAC Laboratory) through its subsidiary, Centre Testing International (Holdings) Pte. Ltd. This acquisition further enhances CTI's overseas service capabilities in consumer products and daily chemicals, and provides strong support for its expansion into the European market.

Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Lille, France, MIDAC is an independent laboratory specializing in microbiology.
