Recently, Centre Testing International Group Co., Limited (“CTI”, stock code: 300012) successfully completed the acquisition of controlling interests in Openview Group’s Shenzhen and Hong Kong entities. The acquisition of controlling interest in the Vietnam entity is expected to be closed in Q3 of 2025.
