According to the agreement and the equity transfer agreement signed by CTI and other shareholders of VESP Technology (Hefei) Co., Ltd. on December 29, 2022, the 100% equity transfer of VESP has completed, and VESP officially became a wholly-owned subsidiary of CTI.
