On September 22, the Yellow River Basin Ecological Environment Supervision Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of People's Republic of China and Centre Testing International Group signed the "Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Monitoring of the Ecological Environment of the Yellow River Basin" in Zhengzhou, China. According to the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation, the both parties will follow the strategic deployment of promoting ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin, focusing on monitoring technology, quality control, personnel training, etc., with the goal of common development and long-term cooperation, to promote the ecological environment monitoring of the Yellow River Basin to be more scientific, independent, and authoritative, efficient, and better serve the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
